Major Players are working with an internationally recognised hospitality group to recruit a Resource Manager into their London based team.
This is a hybrid project manager and resource manage position. You will be responsible for ensuring the very best output from the creative team, assessing briefs, defining requirements, managing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of assets across all channels. You must be excellent at implementing process and optimising the team's efficiency.
Traffic and Resource Management:
- Coordinate traffic and resource control on campaign projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Serve as the primary contact for creative and content briefs, adding value by thoroughly fleshing out each brief before it reaches the creative team.
- Oversee workflow, production, quotes, and delivery of all output.
- Manage, maintain, and communicate production schedules and deadlines for the creative and wider marketing team.
- Manage creative budgets effectively and ensure accurate tracking.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Essential: experience required establish efficient processes and workflows to optimise efficiency.
- 5 + years resource manager experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- A creative thinker and idea generator, enthusiastic about brainstorming concepts.
- Driven, proactive, and a problem solver who creatively navigates challenges.
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with all aspects of the creative process and output.
