Project Manager - Store/Physical Change
Our retail client are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a 6 month contract basis.
They require a Project Manager to lead the shaping and deliver of new returnable packaging trial in a small number of branches, working with a third party (Reposit) to design & implement a test & learn.

- Assist with creation of scope
- Assist with Business Case If required) and lead detailed planning, early engagement and design activity with relevant implementation and store teams.
- Lead day to day project activities with the wider project team, own and manage regular team meetings and agree ways of working
- Own relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure they deliver to time cost and quality, including working with property, technology, retail and others (not an exhaustive list)
- Create and maintain overall plans, critical path, RAID and budget docs, tracking progress and finances accurately and driving delivery across all teams.
- Escalating deviation outside tolerance to Programme Mgr / Sponsor as appropriate
Key Skills & Competencies:
Experience in working with a third party and with retail implementation and store design (accepting they are undergoing a transformation change presently).
Key P Mgr Competencies:
Risk management, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Case, Schedule and resource management, Requirements and feasibility.
