Powerpoint Design Specialist - Remote Working

- Shift - 1400hrs - 2200hrs, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for document preparation in accordance with templates, branding and best practice.
- Producing documents in an accurate and timely manner.
- Through your expertise and creativity improving the look and layout of documents.
- Liaising with key stakeholders regarding projects, influencing the team with creative pitches and documents.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, ensuring any changes or delays are communicated.
- Deliver high quality service ensuring client satisfaction.
- Able to build trusting relationships internally and externally.
- Being a real team player and working closely with colleagues.
- Producing creative and innovative designs and solutions.
- Develop excellent knowledge of the company's brand guidelines.
- Adhering to guidelines and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Continuing to upgrade skills by participating in training and development programmes and keeping abreast of new technology and changes.
- Able to handle highly confidential information and work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to juggle various projects at any one time
- Make good judgement decisions and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Happy to suggest improvements regarding working processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate:
- Advanced level of Powerpoint skills.
- Adobe CS a real advantage.
- Excellent outlook skills and familiar with graphic design principles.
- Confident in your ability to being creative with your own ideas.
- Responds well to all forms of feedback.
- Able to work to timeframes and produce accurate work.
- Works well as part of a team and equally on your own.
- Excellent written and oral skills at all levels.
- Experience of working within brand guidelines.
- At least 2-3 years previous relevant experience.
- Any graphic design qualifications would be advantageous.
