IT TRAINER
Our client are known as a "collaborative" legal firm who believe that investing in their staff is investing in their clients.
They are looking for a Trainer for their IT department, who will become expert in the firm's line of business systems and how staff utilise these.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering IT system specific training to staff in a variety of mediums (classroom based, one
to one, drop ins, guides, video, etc.)
- Microsoft 365 productivity suite of applications (primarily MS Word, Outlook & Teams but
to include all Office 365 applications).
- Creation of varied training materials; videos, user guides, email, intranet articles, LMS, etc.
- ServiceDesk escalation point; delivering targeted training to reduce repeat issues.
- Collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and internal departments to ensure that training and
education needs are met
- Delivering new technology: training, educating and assisting with adoption to support
delivery of projects and the introduction of new systems.
- Flexibility to meet changing requirements whilst potentially travelling between offices
(Birmingham, London)
- Supporting and reporting into the Legal Applications and Data Manager
Requirements / Experience:
- Minimum three years' experience in IT trainer / Business Analyst / Customer Success role.
- Experience producing training materials; user guides, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 products and capabilities.
- Experience working in an ITIL aligned environment.
- Microsoft Office Specialist (Expert or Master level) or MCT in delivering MOS Training.
- Experience of working within Professional services
- Experience with SOS Legal, DocuSign, Litera DocXTools, Metadact, Lexis Create.
