Role Overview:
As a Senior Research Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a range of quantitative research projects, including the design of questionnaires for ad-hoc studies.
- Leading small projects from start to finish, with opportunities to manage client relationships independently.
- Contributing to the delivery of client and senior stakeholder debriefs.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional growth.
- Serving as a primary contact point for clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in consumer research.
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative research methodologies, with any qualitative experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with techniques like conjoint analysis, max diff, or segmentations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- 2-4 years of experience in an agency environment.
