Engagement Manager (HR/Payroll Software)
Location:
UK, Remote (with some travel to clients)
JGA are partnered with a fantastic Payroll & HR services business seeking an Engagement Manager to join their professional services team, managing relationships and programmes with Enterprise level clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying project teams for engagements.
- Aligning engagements with agreed approaches and methodologies.
- Governance and reporting progress.
- Pricing for each project.
- Leading on post-implementation reviews and implementing improvements.
- Contributing to performance management conversations.
- Embracing new products and features.
Skills:
- Experience working on large scale and complex HR/Payroll Transition projects.
- Engaging on programmes with Enterprise and Strategic businesses.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project/Programme management experience.
