Engagement Manager (HR/Payroll Software)

Location:

UK, Remote (with some travel to clients)

JGA are partnered with a fantastic Payroll & HR services business seeking an Engagement Manager to join their professional services team, managing relationships and programmes with Enterprise level clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying project teams for engagements.
  • Aligning engagements with agreed approaches and methodologies.
  • Governance and reporting progress.
  • Pricing for each project.
  • Leading on post-implementation reviews and implementing improvements.
  • Contributing to performance management conversations.
  • Embracing new products and features.

Skills:

  • Experience working on large scale and complex HR/Payroll Transition projects.
  • Engaging on programmes with Enterprise and Strategic businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project/Programme management experience.
