Your new role
As a Nursery Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years. Your responsibilities will include:* Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)
- Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assessing and tracking children's progress
- Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the overall nursery experience
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with parents and families
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
