I am excited to be supporting a well established successful Architectural Practice whose award-winning projects are focused within the residential sector from new builds to conversions to bespoke private housing and restoration of listed buildings. With an inhouse team of certified passive house designers this forward-thinking practice are committed to creating sustainable designs. This dynamic design led practice utilise their extensive expertise to exceed client expectations earning them an excellent reputation. With exciting plans to continue their growth they are seeking a passionate Senior Architectural technologist to join their talented team in Oxford.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have substantial post qualification experience within the residential sector being a proficient user of AutoCAD and Revit and proven track record of producing high quality sustainable designs.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or related construction subject
  • Extensive post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Well versed in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Proven record working on residential projects including ideally bespoke/ high end
  • Excellent technical abilities and boast design flare
  • Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
  • Proven experience running projects from conception o completion
  • Able to lead and manage emergent team members
  • Achieved / working towards MCIAT
  • Passionate about sustainability and innovation
  • Driven for continual development and a thirst for new technical solutions
  • Lively locally to the Oxford area
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
