Salary: £35,000-45,000 depending on experience

With an inhouse team of certified passive house designers this forward-thinking practice are committed to creating sustainable designs. With exciting plans to continue their growth they are seeking a passionate Senior Architectural technologist to join their talented team in Oxford.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have substantial post qualification experience within the residential sector being a proficient user of AutoCAD and Revit and proven track record of producing high quality sustainable designs.
Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or related construction subject
- Extensive post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
- Well versed in AutoCAD and Revit
- Proven record working on residential projects including ideally bespoke/ high end
- Excellent technical abilities and boast design flare
- Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Proven experience running projects from conception o completion
- Able to lead and manage emergent team members
- Achieved / working towards MCIAT
- Passionate about sustainability and innovation
- Driven for continual development and a thirst for new technical solutions
- Lively locally to the Oxford area
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills
