- SAP experience required
Full time administrator to support the busy credit control team based in Uxbridge for an established FMCG group based in Uxbridge.
Initial tasks:
- Monitoring of inbox to respond to queries regarding invoices or statements, saving of remittances and attaching data to customer accounts.
- New customer account creating in SAP
- Processing of statement run
- Support with credit control
- Processing of refunds
- Monitoring customer portal
- Assisting with flow of communication on queries with customers
