Cambridge Business Support are working with a company in Huntingdon. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to act as the key interface with their customers, managing appointments and providing vital feedback to stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining proactive communication and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective scheduling and planning.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, using the most appropriate communication method.
  • Handle customer queries and direct any arising questions to the correct resolution path.
  • Update the system with appointment details and manage new work requirements.
  • Retrieve messages from the answer-phone and conduct outbound calls as necessary.
  • Use data analysis to provide statistics for demand and resource planning.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning during peak periods, including covering for holidays and sickness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service environment, particularly with phone-based customer interactions.
  • Understanding of metering processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including the ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Click software.
