The Role:
As Managing Director, you will:
- Lead Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of our schemes-based and SME commercial businesses, ensuring synergy and operational efficiency.
- Drive Sales: Spearhead sales strategies to expand our market share, boost revenue, and enhance client retention.
- Operational Leadership: Streamline operations across both offices, optimising processes and ensuring a consistent, high-quality service.
- Team Growth: Build and mentor a strong, motivated team, increasing headcount to support our ambitious growth plans.
