Handyperson - Maintenance Tradesperson
£35,000 per annum + Benefits

Your New Role
Our client is a world renowned organisation, seeking a talented and progressive Handyperson to join their estates team. As a maintenance tradesperson, you will provide general maintenance expertise across the campus, responding to emergencies and proactively improving the facilities. This is an incredibly varied role where you will conduct a range of work from, general furniture repairs, painting, roof inspections, repairing damaged flooring and supporting other small works requirements. Other elements of the role include change management, process improvement and reporting.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally you will have worked within a similar role previously. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 is an essential. You will be a self starter, with excellent attention to detail, time management and great organisational skills. Strong communication skills are key with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders, understanding their requirements.

Other than a strong basic salary, you will be provided with a comprehensive benefits package, which will be discussed on call. The hours for the role are either 7am - 3pm or 11an - 7pm, with one weekend per month.
