Legal Secretary – Private Client Team

In this position, you will provide key support across various responsibilities:
- Managing client inquiries and handling correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and managing the team's calendar
- Audio transcription and dictation
- Document drafting and preparation
- Opening, closing, and maintaining files and updating case management systems
- Performing additional general administrative duties
This role is ideal for a seasoned Legal Secretary with experience in Private Client services. You should be collaborative, approachable, well-organised, and possess excellent typing and transcription abilities. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to provide support wherever it's needed.
Salary & package
: competitive salary package, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension and private healthcare, free onsite parking
Hours
: 8:45am-5:15pm Monday – Friday
Location:
between Maidstone and Ashford.
