I am seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has the ability to manage a large quantity of products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for noticing trends in product faults and the skills to address them efficiently. This role involves clear documentation, effective communication, and a deep knowledge of multiple products.

Day to Day of the role as a Customer Service Specialist:

  • Monitor all incoming emails to identify and address fault trends.
  • Regularly review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement customer relation action plans.
  • Respond to customer enquiries through various channels in a positive, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external companies such as distributors, service centres, and coast guards.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge with the aim of progressing into a management role.

Required Skills & Qualifications for a Customer Service Specialist:

  • Excellent communication
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different types of customers.
  • Excellent computer skills including excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
