Receptionist/Administrator

Our practice is modern and technology-driven, therefore we are seeking a tech-savvy individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, highly adaptable, highly flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using our practice management software.
  • Answer phone calls effectively and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
  • Adapt to changing demands and priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a reception, administrative role or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using technology and practice management software EMIS and PATCHs is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and duties.
