Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports on payroll activities.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance departments.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
Profile
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Offer
- Offering a salary of £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
- Immediate start.
