Leading the organic Social Media function for the charity, working directly under the Head of Digital. You will be focused on strategy, working alongside Comms, Events and Fundraising teams, and have team management responsibilities.

This client are a leading healthcare charity, based in central London.

Description

  • Develop, populate and deliver a new social media strategy for each of the charity brands to meet ambitious brand and fundraising goals.
  • Build genuine and meaningful connections with our social media audiences through understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Daily management of a Digital Marketing Officer, who's focus is content creation.
  • Campaign management, measuring ROI and post campaign analysis.
  • Work alongside Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media focus) and Web and Content Manager.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital to transform how the charity work as a team to improve digital maturity and deliver excellent work that meets the needs of stakeholders and audience.
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice for each of the charities brands.

Profile

  • An experienced Social Media Manager with team management experience.
  • Experience of managing social media platforms like Sprout and Hootsuite
  • Passion about the opportunity social media gives charities and able to bring an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and planning with operational doing.
  • Experience in a digital project delivery role, managing across the entire project lifecycle with a focus on customer experience.

Job Offer

  • Mid-late October start
  • Hybrid working - 1 day a week in office in central London.
  • £45-£50,000 per annum
  • 9 month contract - maternity cover
