Are you passionate about delivering an outstanding service to clients? This successful company are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in Farnham.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:

  • Welcome customers daily over the telephone or face to face
  • Manage appointments and accurately record information
  • Act as the contact for customers
  • Handle enquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Manage customer orders
  • Promote and assist in the delivery of services
  • Work with the manager to ensure standard are met daily
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and current legislation
  • Prepare and organise all necessary paperwork when required
  • Accurately process money when required
  • Ensure that the reception area and office is kept clean

Skills required for the Customer Services Assistant:

  • Maintain excellent communication skills
  • Have at least a year of relevant retail or office experience
  • Have the willingness to learn
  • Be eager and confident
  • Maintain fantastic customer service skills
  • Maintain outstanding attention to detail
