Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:
- Welcome customers daily over the telephone or face to face
- Manage appointments and accurately record information
- Act as the contact for customers
- Handle enquiries and complaints efficiently
- Manage customer orders
- Promote and assist in the delivery of services
- Work with the manager to ensure standard are met daily
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and current legislation
- Prepare and organise all necessary paperwork when required
- Accurately process money when required
- Ensure that the reception area and office is kept clean
Skills required for the Customer Services Assistant:
- Maintain excellent communication skills
- Have at least a year of relevant retail or office experience
- Have the willingness to learn
- Be eager and confident
- Maintain fantastic customer service skills
- Maintain outstanding attention to detail
