What you'll do:
As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing company finances. You will be responsible for overseeing all company accounts, creating monthly and annual reports, managing cash flow, supervising financial department staff, motivating team members, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a Financial Controller will aid our organisation in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth.
- Oversee all company accounts and investments
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecast
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants
