My client, a successful, family-run investment business are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. They are based in Hale, Altrincham and are recruiting on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a high-volume of administrative tasks across the business. This is a busy role and requires a high level of organisation and accuracy, due to the nature of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining general company record systems, both paper and electronic, accurately
- Maintaining an efficient and well-organised filing system for easy storage and retrieval
- Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and financial statements
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
- Taking care of all correspondence between internal and external stakeholders, including both telephone and email
- Creating and proofreading documents, as well as drafting emails
- General ad hoc administrative duties to support the business
Specification:
- Previous experience within a high-volume, administrative position is essential
- Previous Personal Assistant/Secretarial experience would be advantageous
- Being a clear communicator, both written and verbal, is essential
- Competent computer skills, with a particular focus on MS office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
