Office Coordinator FTC

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the office and to support the HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for promoting a positive workplace culture.

Job Title: Office Coordinator

Type: 12-month FTC

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum

Location:?Reading, with free onsite parking

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support and facilities management
  • Organising meetings, and attending to take minutes
  • Address employee enquiries and provide basic HR-related guidance and support
  • Organise the layout of the office and arrange any required maintenance
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Updating and reformatting documents and templates
  • General reception duties such as greeting customers
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of handling basic HR queries, cases, and issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including spreadsheets
  • Detail orientated with a positive attitude
