An exciting international property company in South West London is now looking for a new Multimedia Content Creator to join their team! You'll work closely with the wider marketing team, using your strong content creation skills - including copywriting and videography skills - to produce excellent online and offline content to drive the sales function forward and ensure maximum exposure for the company's work & projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and innovative Multimedia Content Creator who is now looking for the next step of their career, potentially as their second marketing job to date. You should have 1-2 years of marketing experience, a strong understanding of copywriting and the importance of branding, and ideally experience with photography and video-editing.

As the successful Multimedia Content Creator, you will be:
- Using your exceptional content creation skills to produce and manage case studies showcasing the companies work including copywriting, videography and photography of ongoing projects, and supporting award entries.
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to optimise content, improving the overall performance for other marketing channels including website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Producing monthly reports on marketing output and successes including content outreach and placement.
- Working with onsite teams to ensure physical branding and associated materials are up to date.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and freelancers & clients to ensure maximum exposure.
As the successful Multimedia Content Creator, you should have:
- 1 - 2 years of marketing & copywriting experience.
- Ideally possessing or studying for CIM qualifications.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a passion for persuasive writing.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Adobe Suite and CMS systems.
- Ideally some graphic design skills including image and video editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits including a private pension scheme and the opportunity to further personal and professional development. This role is 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. This is an in-office role.
