Job Description - Sales Negotiator - Office based

I am looking for two new members to work with me within an experienced and talented team, generating extra business for the branches across our group, with potential to fast track into management.
You must be able to communicate easily with people from all different situations & backgrounds. With a bright, bubbly & enthusiastic attitude.
I am looking for individuals who are sales & commission driven however you will earn a basic salary with your commission on top. OTE £25,000 - £30,000, Top performers £30,000 - £40,000+. The commission scheme is uncapped so you really can be in control of earning as much as you want to earn.
The Role
- Book qualified market appraisals and mortgage opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times by carefully listening to all customers' requirements, maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is taken at the earliest opportunity
- Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your key performance indicators (KPIs)
Desire and Skills Required
- An ability to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver under pressure
- Energetic, enthusiastic and excited by a competitive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all settings, with the ability to deal confidently with clients whilst developing and maintaining internal and external professional relationships
- Be able to efficiently use systems such as Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, Internet and Email
A flexible attitude to working hours as a Saturday shift will be required
