Sales Assistant (Exports)
Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 DOE

The Role and Opportunity
Essentially, this role is paramount to the success of a leading surface preparation company in Sheffield. Mainly, you'll oversee company exports, whilst also being responsible for a wide range of sales and compliance tasks. Within the role you will be managing customer expectations, product identification, issue resolution and customer profiling. Furthermore:
- Reconciling invoices, adjusting Sales Orders and Write Offs, preparing quotations, and updating CRM records accordingly
- Coordinating with multiple teams across the business including dispatch, hauliers, purchasing, accounts, and sales team
- Assisting with the organisation of collections for recycling and waste removal
- Handling documentation for waste compliance and export test certificates
The Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that, as our ideal candidate, you'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with a great understanding of Microsoft office packages. It is preferred that you have 2-3 years' experience working in exports and have a background in compliance. Further to this, you'll have:
- Great organisational skills
- The ability to build rapport with a multitude of people
- A keen eye for detail, taking pride in your work
