Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist
Join a dynamic IT & Change department as an IAM Specialist. You will design, implement, and manage systems and processes related to user identities, authentication, and access controls in our hybrid cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures.
- Configure identity repositories and implement advanced authentication methods.
- Conduct access reviews and audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and identity management technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud IAM/PAM solutions such as BeyondTrust or Microsoft Identity Manager
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
