We are looking for a property inspector.
You will be doing inspections for local letting agents/landlords at the beginning and end of tenancies to determine conditions and contents. Applicants must have good customer facing communication skills; confident IT skills, be able to download photographs, use email and to be willing to learn Dragon Voice Recognition Software.
A driving licence is also required and own transport is essential.
