Our client in Newmarket is looking for a Management Accountant Trainee for their Newmarket Office. Whether you are part way through your AAT or want to start studying for the AAT qualification this role is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique and exceptional team.
You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate Management Accounts function for a varied client base. You will learn VAT, Bookkeeping and Management Accounts.
Working with their supportive team, you will be fully trained to progress in the role, with excellent opportunities for internal promotion and development.
The role includes a study package, to initially study for the AAT qualification, with opportunities for further study to Chartered/ Certified Accountant if desired. All study is provided under a fully-funded scheme.
As the Management Accountant Trainee you will be:
- Preparing VAT returns
- Performing bookkeeping duties
- Maintaining Management Accounts
- Communicate with a varied client base
As the Management Accountant Trainee you will have:
- A desire to train to continue or start your AAT qualification
- Great computer skills
- Excellent communication
- Great attention to detail
