Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to Residential Conveyancing fee earners
- Deliver exceptional client care in line with company procedures
- Manage client files and maintain effective client communication
- Handle daily administrative tasks

Legal Secretary Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Confident secretarial abilities
- Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher
- Strong administrative skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Team player with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Professional, motivated, and personable demeanor
- Proficient IT skills and administrative experience
- Conveyancing administrative support experience (desirable but not essential)
