Our client is a well established services company to the construction sector and we are looking for an experienced and creative Content Writer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing and managing content for a variety of digital channels including websites, social media platforms, blogs, brochures and more. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills as well as experience with SEO principles. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a hybrid working role (approx. 1 day a week in the offices) and our client has lovely offices and a great collaborative team to work with. The Content Writer Role:
- Develop high-quality content across multiple formats (website copy, blog posts, thought leadership articles, press releases etc.)
- Write engaging copy that is optimized for search engines
- Research industry trends and topics related to the company's products/services
- Proofread all written materials prior to publishing them online
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all modern marketing tools and strategies
Skills/Experiences Required for the Content Writer Role:
- Demonstrable experience as a Content Writer or similar role, ideally with B2B experience
Excellent writing skills in English across a range of channels both online and offline
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Ability to take technical information and translate into easy to digest format
Ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time
- Creative thinking skills
