The Company:
Are you an Trainee Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role? Are you a currently completing your degree in Quantity Surveying on a day release and working for a Main Contractor a 4 day a week basis? Our client wants to talk to you!!!
Our client is a long established main contractor with a regional office located in Northampton. The have a established Commercial Team in place and are keen to further strengthen the department with the introduction of a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
The Commercial Team will mentor the new recruit and will be hugely influential in your professional growth. Day to day you will closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and visit site as and when required.
Our client delivers both New Build and Refurbishment projects which have procured on both a competitive and negotiated basis. Projects range in value from £3million to £20 million and are only tendered and secured inf they are with the regional patch.

About The Role:
As Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our building projects. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop, learn and grow. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximises margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality.
About You:
- Previous experience as an Trainee Quantity Surveyor
- Reside within commutable distance of Northampton
- Previous experience within Main Contracting.
- Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
