We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing activities, promoting our outstanding services in permanent and temporary recruitment across Yorkshire and the North East.

As Recruitment Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will:
- Conduct market research within the region, providing valuable insights for our business development activities.
- Initiate early stages of conversations in a sales capacity.
- Create and implement proactive marketing campaigns through digital and print methods to promote our services.
- Manage datasets, distribution lists, and provide general day-to-day support in sales activities and administration for the team.
What you will need to offer:
- Background in sales
- Prior experience in conducting market research and managing marketing campaigns would be advantageous
- Proficiency in managing datasets and utilising various communication tools and platforms
- An eagerness to promote our brand and act as a true ambassador
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to sales support and administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or recruitment.
In return we are keen for someone to be part of our team with full support offered day to day. You will receive a salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 with potential further earnings depending on success of the sales campaigns undertaken.
We offer a working week of Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and an early finish on a Friday working 8.30am - 3pm. We are also willing to consider a 4 day working week for the right calibre of applicant.
