The successful candidate will manage emails, coordinate room bookings, and handle key handovers with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly handle and respond to emails.
- Book rooms using Calendly.
- Manage key handovers and maintain security protocols.
- Oversee the safety and control access for individuals entering the premises.
Shift Details:
Can choose from:
- Morning Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM
- Evening Shift: 1 PM to 9 PM
Requirements:
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
