Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well established multimodal freight client based in the Midlands with offices nationwide in their search for an experienced Business Development Manager
Our client offers Air, Road and Sea Freight Solutions on a global scale as well as Customs Clearance, Import and Export Documentation
Duties include but not limited to:
- Identify new business through LinkedIn, Networking Events, Lead Generation and Inbound Enquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Quote new business
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business
- Bring ideas to sales strategies
- Keep up to date with market trends, freight rates and competitor activity
- Communicate with customers via Email, Telephone and Face to Face
Ideally you will
- Have experience as a BDM within Freight
- Knowledge of international freight
- Be able to communicate with international clients
- Have business to bring with you
