An inclusive secondary school in St. Neots is looking for an English Teacher to inspire and educate students. Starting in September 2024, this role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to contribute to our students' academic growth and success.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering inspiring and engaging English lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Developing and implementing creative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Participating in curriculum development and school-wide literacy initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Experience in teaching English at the secondary level is preferred.
- A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum and current educational practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
