An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead my clients manufacturing/production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team meet the day to day schedule requirements across the three areas of the factory (Cutting, Pressing & Tin Plating).

Description
- Directs and monitors production activities to achieve daily schedule attainment for the manufacturing of products.
- Alongside the Manager, establishes or adjusts work schedules to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates workflow through close monitoring of shifts / human resource and overtime.
- Support with co-ordinating production activities with, scheduling, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilisation of human resources, machines, and equipment
- Analyses to resolve and/or assists team in solving work problems.
- Supports and drives company safety initiatives, leads by example.
- Produce accurate, high quality components.
- Report, record and escalate all quality issues.
- Support and where applicable train other setters/operative.

Profile
A successful Production Team Leader/Supervisor with experience in a manufacturing environment, as well as:
- Experience working with CNC Machinery
- Good understanding on Health & Safety regulations (Ideally, qualified)
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP Systems will be beneficial
- Strong leadership capabilities - ability to lead through others
- Data driven mindset - critical thinking to make solid decisions
Job Offer
- £31,000 + 13.75% Shift Allowance on PM Shift
- A potential annual bonus of £1060
