As a Senior Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for you and your team networking within your given region and specialism, providing an honest, high-end service to your market.

Senior Recruitment Associate Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Proactively calling organisations within your given region in order to develop new business
- Leading client meetings focused around active vacancies and/or business development
- Effectively liaising with clients & candidates alike to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- As a specialist recruiter you will advise clients of the candidate market and any key trends
- Identifying and attracting candidates via the company database, available job boards, social networks and headhunting
- Meet with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences and needs
- Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice
- Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers.
- Supporting new recruits in understanding our approach to recruitment
- Giving great advice to your colleagues as to how they can improve their technique
- Taking responsibility for leading business development
- Lead by example, living by the Chase & Holland principles – Honesty, Passion and Courage
Required Skills & Experience:
- To be considered for this role you must have a genuine interest in building relationships with both your candidates and clients
- Strong background working within a recruitment role (or potentially in an Accountancy & Finance role and wanting to make the transition into recruitment)
- Naturally confident communicating with people of all levels
- Able to present a positive outlook at all times
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- A university level degree is preferred but not essential
- Naturally, you will be a resilient person who has both drive and ambition to succeed
- To succeed in recruitment you will be energetic, self-motivated and able to work often to tight deadlines.
