Join our Management Department as a Team Administrator, where you will provide first-class administrative support to one of our key teams. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and has a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Undertake general administrative work for the team.
  • Handle interactions with contractors, including arranging access for jobs and obtaining quotes for works.
  • Manage tenant queries and issues, escalating them as necessary.
  • Oversee Health and Safety systems, pushing actions forward for Property Managers.
  • Manage tenant health and safety documentation.
  • Track Environmental Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs).
  • Assist with arrears chasing and inspections, including attending, formatting reports, and following up with tenants on actions.
  • Handle financial tasks such as raising fees, chasing payments, opening files for lease renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Coordinate meetings, carry out actions, and deal with tenancy changes with utility suppliers.
  • Review and submit invoices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to type at least 65 words per minute.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a proactive, enthusiastic, and confident nature.
  • Independent worker with the initiative to manage tasks and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Team player approach, able to build good working relationships with colleagues.
