Our client specialises in providing innovative solutions to the publishing industry. They provide cutting-edge digital solutions to a global clientele from small independent publishers to large media organisations.
They are now looking for an organised, motivated and energetic individual to join the team. As an Account Executive you will support clients with day-to-day requests and work alongside the Account Managers to also provide them with support where required. This is an exciting opportunity that will provide a route into Account Management.
As an Account Executive you will:
- Be tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Be a great communicator
- Deeply understand both the products and client businesses to build trust and rapport.
- Work towards increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Support customers to ensure they are fully-utilising the platform, whilst looking out for any upsell opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Check-in with clients and deal with all requests
- Track any support tickets that are raised by your group of clients
- Help identify upsell and growth opportunities
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping on top of all feature releases
- Collaborate with the Account Managers to share knowledge
- Understand market dynamics, clients, and their competitors.
- Provide client feedback to our Product team for product development.
