Job Role: Production Associate /Shop floor
Salary: up to £28k DOE
Location: Rugby
Shifts: Days, 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday Full-time or part-time position available

A world class manufacturer of luxurious yachts, Bespoke production, our client is world renowned for its design, quality and elegance.
The role of a Production Associate:
Support the warehouse in the daily planning and operation of the warehouse function, including but not limited to, supporting, and co-ordinating the warehouse team to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and supply of inventory.
The responsibilities of a Production Associate:
- Assemble door frames, parts, and package ready for shipment.
- Meeting with Sales/Assembly team regularly to discuss the workload and schedule.
- Perform random quality checks with production to ensure accuracy.
- Working with metals and Timber, assembling door frames.
- Supporting stock control, moving materials within the warehouse.
- Working from CAD Designs
Experience requirements:
- Scheduling and organizational skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- Reasoning Ability
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence & memos
- Education - High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Decision making skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to read CAD drawings
