Our client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked, full service law firm and they are looking to grow their Real Estate team with an experienced Property Services Supervisor! They are based in Farnborough and the successful candidates will be joining an expanding firm, working in a flexible, supportive, and encouraging environment! This is a pivotal role which would suit someone with conveyancing experience who is looking to make their move into the real estate sector or expand their knowledge. This a supervisor of the process role not a supervisor of people so no people management skills required.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. This is an office- based role.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the sale of approx.150 new homes annually
- Assisting with the setting up all legal documents and sales packs.
- Issuing legal documents within agreed timescales.
- Addressing all enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring contracts are exchanged within client deadlines.
- Ensuring each sale completes smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining seamless communication with clients and purchasers' solicitors.
Skills required:
- Experience in residential conveyancing an advantage.
- Ability to handle numerous cases through the purchasing process.
- A talent for hitting targets and maintaining high standards.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A personable, enthusiastic, and confident manner with excellent customer service ability.
- The capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
