Rose Brae is an accommodation-based support service for single homeless people with complex needs and is available to males and females aged 25 and above.

The difference you will make as a Day/Night Concierge and Security Assistant

Rose Brae consists of 21 single accommodation units with shared facilities and accommodation. Our customers present with a range of issues that can include; substance misuse, addictions, entrenched rough sleeping, mental health and domestic abuse. Referrals are via Mainstay or local authority.

In this role you will act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a reception area as required and use company intranet (RIC), e-mail and other basic correspondence where appropriate and necessary. Implement night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme and respond to faults as discovered.

You will also monitor access to schemes and visitors and meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices, reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Ability to demonstrate IT Skills to include a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside; and complete relevant IT training where required
