Key Requirements
- Previous paralegal experience dealing with residential matters.
- Experience dealing with post-completion matters.
- Full understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of client care.
This position involves a caseload with a high amount of new build property work so experience with this is essential.
Salary - £28k- £30k DOE
