As a School Administrator, you will be a vital part of the school's operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, from managing student records to supporting staff and ensuring the smooth running of the school office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, and organising meetings.
  • Student Records: Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and staff, addressing enquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office, including supplies management and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organising school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other school activities.
  • Data Management: Utilise school management software to input and retrieve data, generating reports as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
