Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase orders and maintaining ERP records
Inventory and stock level monitoring
Supplier liaison and complaint resolution
Generating quotes
Supporting Sales, Finance & Customer Services with administration
You'll Need:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good IT knowledge and previous Administration experience
Great attention to detail
Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
Ideally, prior purchasing/procurement experience
Temporary contract until Oct 2025 (potential to extend)
