General Cover Teacher
- Location: South Shields, Tyne & Wear
- Salary: £130 - £170 per day
- Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

GSL Education requires a General Cover Teacher to provide short-term coverage across various subjects in a secondary school located in South Shields, Tyne & Wear.
Job Summary:
- Deliver lessons across a range of subjects based on existing plans.
- Maintain classroom discipline and support student learning.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a constructive learning environment.
- Provide immediate feedback to students and staff.
- Address various learning styles through flexible teaching methods.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Adaptability to different teaching roles and school environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
