Job Title: HR Administrator

CRA Consulting is proud to partner with a prestigious law firm in Sheffield, seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for human resources and a keen interest in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing new hires, and handling leavers.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the firm.
- Employee Relations: Provide support on employee relations matters, including absence management, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
- HR Systems Management: Maintain and update the HR information system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Training Coordination: Support the coordination and administration of training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including pensions and holiday entitlements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Education: CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
