The role:
- Generate market appraisals, develop new business in both Sales and Lettings
- Converting appraisals into listings
- Maintain strong relationships between vendors/landlords, purchasers and rental applicants
- Maintain feedback to all relevant parties
- Arrange viewings, market appraisals and negotiate offers with sales and lettings
- Prepare marketing and strategies
- Identify other business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate divisions
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations
Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in either Sales or Lettings at Senior Level
- Must have valuation experience
- Achievement of targets and deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- High organised with strong communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in working in a fast paced environment
- Must drive with own car
There is a basic salary on offer c.£25k - £30k (DoE) and a realistic OTE of c.£55k - £60k pa.
