The Job Role:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our New Energy product offerings (including EV chargers and related electronic solutions) across the UK and Europe
- Have existing client network is a high welcome
- Manage the full cycle of a business development process, develop annual/quarterly sales targets, strategies, and budgets, and adjust sales plans based on market dynamics such as competitor analysis and customer demand.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and alliances to support business goals, and construct business strategies for long term business growth of new customers.
- Drive the implementation of sales strategies to ensure the achievement of team performance indicators such as sales revenue, customer numbers, market share, etc.
- Prepare proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
- Collaborate with departments such as Product, Marketing, and Operation to drive customer demand feedback into product iteration, ensuring consistency between sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of sales experience and 2 years of sales management experience (such as senior sales manager, regional sales manager/director, etc.), with a background in a leading industry enterprise preferred.
- Degree in Electronics/ Engineering/ Business Administration or related discipline
- Analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful and has good business acumen
- Familiar with sales models in the industry (especially To B), with successful cases leading teams to achieve million/ten million level performance.
- Familiar with local laws and regulations, with experience in cross-border logistics and payment coordination preferred.
- Possess good knowledge in New Energy Products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes
- Based in London & fluent speaking in Mandarin & English is a must
- Travelling is required
