A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced, Russian speaking Property Manager to oversee and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the globe, ensuring they meet top-notch standards and comply with all regulations.
The bulk of this role will be to:
- lead the leasings process for all properties from marketing the vacancies to negotiating agreements
- develop and execute property-specific marketing plans to attract and retain tenants
- collaborate with maintenance and repair contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly property repairs
- work closely with legal and financial advisors to handle property-related legal and financial affairs such as contracts, leases, taxes and insurance
- conduct regular property inspections to ensure top-notch maintenance and compliance with regulations
To apply for this postion you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in property management or a related field, have strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in real estate regulations and codes and willingness to travel to manage properties worldwide as well as be happy to be self-employed.
