Our client is an international supplier of consumer products with offices based in North West London. An opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Accounts Assistant with 1-2 years experience to join their team and work under the direction of the Finance Director.

Duties will include:
- Maintaining supplier relationships by dealing with queries and negotiating payment plans
- Liaising with customers and international suppliers
- Checking payment of shipping invoices
- Monitoring costs incurred in trading and logistics
- Processing of shipping documents
- Ensuring company costs (invoices and expense claims) are properly recorded
Key skills:
- 1-2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant
- Strong IT skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Experience within the shipping or logistics industries is preferred
